Inger Daniels

Nurse Practitioner

As a Texas native, I am a proud alum of San Jacinto College, Prairie View A&M University, and The University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston. These institutions taught me not only how to be a nurse, but also a leader and advocate.
My nursing career has spanned over two decades and has included work in correctional care, medical-surgical nursing, home health, managed care, and education. Mental health became my passion as my career moved to inpatient psychiatric care, including comprehensive psychiatric emergency services.
Over the years I have gained invaluable experience caring for the medical, mental, and psychosocial needs of individuals and families. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am able to assess, diagnose, treat, and evaluate mental illness as well as prescribe medications and therapeutic treatment. My personal goal is to provide compassionate and competent mental health care, holistically serving the needs of the total person.

Rachel Brannan

Clinic Coordinator

Hi! I’m Rachel, coordinator for the Houston Mind and Brain clinic team. I will most likely be your first point of contact with Houston Mind and Brain and I look forward to hearing from you! I have always had an interest in mental health, so being able to work with and learn from Dr. Cho is a god-send for me. My volunteer work with Houston’s homeless introduced me to a substantial amount of mental health traumas and has inspired me to offer care on a different level. I have found that my natural compassionate and empathetic personality is a blessing in this field. Our patients and co-workers are more like family which I think is particularly important. I seek to create a comfortable and safe and nurturing place for our patients, a place with no judgement or fear. I have seen, with my own eyes, the positive impact that TMS has on deeply depressed individuals. I hope you find the strength to take the first step. Give us a call I am always here for you! And let’s work together to break the stigma of mental health!

I am a certified TMS technician assistant as well as a pre-med student at the University of Houston. I am happy to work with and support you during your treatment sessions and will closely monitor and attend to you throughout your time with us. There’s nothing more rewarding than to see the positive growth and change in each person that walks through our doors. When I’m not in the clinic, I am either studying or crocheting at a nearby coffee shop or jogging through parks. And when I’m feeling more adventurous, I’ll be zipping through on my skateboard! I'm eager to be there for you and help you on your journey towards healing! Please come in to see us soon!
