Standard TMS is FDA-cleared for depression and OCD — but treating OCD specifically requires different equipment and a different protocol. Our Deep TMS system uses a specialized coil cleared by the FDA specifically for OCD, targeting brain circuits involved in obsessive-compulsive symptoms that aren't the same ones involved in depression.

Second, the original clinical trials that proved this treatment works included an individualized provocation procedure as part of the protocol, and that step is sometimes left out elsewhere. If you tried TMS without one or both of these pieces in place, it's worth a fresh evaluation before ruling it out.

Many commercial plans cover standard TMS when medical-necessity criteria are met. Accelerated/fast-track TMS is often self-pay. We verify benefits and submit prior authorization on your behalf.
What if I’m out of network?
This is uncommon because we are credentialed with most plans. If needed, we can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
